The Opportunity

As an employer, we drive membership growth through outreach activities, generating and converting leads by inspiring people to take action for their physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

No two days are the same in this role, interacting with people from all walks of life. You will drive membership retention through positive interaction with existing members, assisting them with enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to club sales
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Problem-solving mindset with solutions that meet potential members' needs
  • Gift for communication and inspiring others to take action
  • Drive and goal-focused attitude
  • Team player with motivation to succeed
  • Customer focused and rapport-building skills
