Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Performance Analyst to spearhead the adoption of innovative systems and develop leasing outputs that deliver insights at asset, Fund, and portfolio levels.

About the Role
  • Spearhead the adoption of innovative systems to streamline data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of leasing outputs that deliver insights at asset, Fund, and portfolio levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry peers to gather market intelligence.
  • Support and mentor Asset Analysts in financial modelling and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare leasing statistics and trend reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the charge on data governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience in commercial real estate roles or a mix of experience in valuations/leasing/asset analysis.
  • Proven experience building, using and/or reviewing models.
  • Experience within the property sector essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with MRI & Forbury modelling software desirable.
  • Highly numerate and competent in modelling and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cougar or similar forecasting product.
