  • Responding to rental enquiries via phone and email
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections
  • Carrying out ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
  • Managing your diary and weekly schedule
  • Preparing properties for online marketing
  • Coordinating lease sign-ups and preparing lease documentation
  • Providing general administrative support as needed

About the Role:

As a Leasing Property Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to think critically and work independently will be highly valued.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in real estate leasing is ideal
  • A current Certificate of Registration and valid Driver's License
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive team player with a can-do attitude
  • Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
