Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the engagement and expansion of our doctor cohort by attracting new doctors and re-engaging past ones.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance doctor satisfaction, retention, and tenure.
  • Analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and future workforce demands to inform business decisions.
About You

You'll have experience hiring in healthcare, ideally with a background in working with doctors.

As a creative problem-solver, you'll design strategies to engage and retain top talent, using CRM systems effectively to convert doctors into shifts for clients.
