Key Position Details

This critical role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data migration projects.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Lead end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with data architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless data accuracy and quality throughout migration phases.
  • Identify and propose effective solutions to gaps between legacy and target HR systems.
  • Contribute to data governance, security, and privacy initiatives related to employee data.
Required Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data migration projects.
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems and expertise in tools like Excel, SQL, and BA software.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data validation techniques is essential.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is highly valued.
