About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our Digital Buildings Team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and our internal team to create integrated solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage system integration projects, including functional descriptions, design drawings, and testing to ensure adherence to Australian standards.
  • Coordinate the development, testing, and implementation of Schneider Electric templates and share knowledge with the team.
  • Assist sales in designing cost-effective solutions under the direction of the Regional Manager.
  • Understand and stay up-to-date with evolving integration trends and solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project documentation, design, engineering, commissioning, and installation of BMS and Security solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of various systems, including BMS/Security/EMS/Network, in smart buildings.
  • Working knowledge of commonly used open protocols in the industry, such as BACnet, Modbus, OPC, Webservice, and SNMP.
  • IT skills, including SQL, networking, and server virtualization, MS project, and JavaScript.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, as well as superior customer service skills and excellent stakeholder management.
  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or IT (or related discipline).
