Facilities Grounds Maintenance Officer

**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for maintaining gardens and landscapes, including the use of chemicals and garden tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize high-quality services and delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintaining gardens and landscapes
- General Maintenance and handyman tasks as required
**Requirements:**
- Strong work ethics and autonomy
- Experience in building maintenance and time management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of OH&S and Quality Management systems
**Desirable Attributes/Experience:**
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a school setting
