**Maintain Our Facilities and Grounds with Confidence**
As a dedicated member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site's grounds and buildings are well-maintained. This includes tasks such as mowing, pruning, spraying, mulching, watering, and green waste removal.
Working closely with your colleagues, you will identify problems and implement effective solutions to maintain high standards. A strong understanding of pest control, horticulture techniques, and irrigation systems is essential for this role.
- Confident and experienced operation of machinery, tools, and equipment used for building and grounds maintenance.
- Desirable experience with Forklift and EWP (Elevated Work Platforms).
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- Proven experience in building and/or grounds maintenance with the ability to perform varied building maintenance repairs, general, and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Valid Victorian Driver's License.
- Forklift License and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certification highly desirable.
