Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Position

We are seeking a highly skilled facilities maintenance and grounds person to join our team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the upkeep of our school's buildings, grounds and facilities, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained at all times.

This is a critical role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have experience in trade activities such as carpentry, electrical work, plumbing and painting, and must possess a sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.

In addition to performing routine maintenance tasks, the facilities maintenance and grounds person will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues that may arise, reporting them to the relevant personnel and implementing solutions as needed.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. If you have a strong commitment to quality and safety, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop your skills, then we would like to hear from you.
