About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy, producing compelling written and visual content for various communication channels, and overseeing and maintaining internal communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic internal communications plan to engage and inform employees
  • Produce high-quality content for various communication channels, including email, intranet, and social media
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to inform future strategies

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of internal communication measurement techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
