We have an opportunity for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our community-minded family on a Permanent Fulltime basis. You'll work with new and existing valued clients and assist them with their insurance needs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be tech-savvy, confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously. You'll also require the ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes. A well-developed rapport-building, active listening, and communication skillset is essential, as is demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail. Underwriting and product knowledge are desirable but not necessary, and an understanding of the general insurance industry would be beneficial.
