We are seeking an experienced Insurance Support Specialist to join our team. As a leading insurance provider, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Your Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and business partners, providing top-notch support across various insurance products and services. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Managing policy-related transactions with care and efficiency
- Identifying customer needs and building strong relationships with our business partners
- Supporting sales and retention opportunities, contributing to a high-performing team that values collaboration and continuous improvement
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- The ability to multitask and manage call volumes
- A customer-first mindset with a sales and customer retention focus
- Tech-savviness and proficiency with multiple systems and platforms
- Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is a plus)
