Lead Food and Beverage Team

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Lead Food and Beverage Team Member.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring all food and beverage outlets meet the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate a team to achieve excellent customer service standards and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Monitor food preparation and cooking duties, ensuring menu items are prepared to recipe and quality standards.
  • Apply and monitor food safety procedures, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the outlet.
  • Organize and manage a team to achieve goals and promote a positive working environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work, both individually and as part of a team, within a set timetable and in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety requirements and standards.
Additional Requirements

In addition to the above skills, you should have a high level of physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform tasks such as walking, carrying, lifting, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, standing, twisting, and repetitive movements.
