We're seeking a diligent and organized Store Supplies Coordinator to implement our operational policies and procedures for food, beverage, and general supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing stock in accordance with hotel protocols
  • Placing daily orders from market lists and requisitions as needed
  • Maintaining optimal stock levels based on business demand
  • Ensuring timely storage or delivery of all stock
  • Overseeing the monthly inventory count process
  • Processing invoices on a daily basis
