**About the role**:
We have a role available for a Content Coordinator to join our Glue team. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of our Glue production studio. This role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the production studio, including (but not limited to) sourcing product, organising photo-shoots, liaising with all internal and external stakeholders, managing stock/sample logistics for the production studio, booking post-production work, uploading visual content and ensuring all product that's been shot is online.
The Content Coordinator will also be required to extend support whereby required to the broader online production team and wider business for ad-hoc tasks and requests, such as product enrichment and assisting with photo shoots.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinating e-Commerce photo-shoots for apparel, footwear and accessories (including runway video and 360° photography), across Accent Lifestyle
- End-to-end management of sample stock, such as implementing and maintaining a log of what has been received and returned for all fascia
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders in all studio operations
- Building and maintaining relationships with Brand Marketing and PR Representatives for the purpose of sourcing samples or digital content
- Liaising with Product Specialists (Buyers/Trainers) on a regular basis to ensure product ranges are captured in their entirety
- Reviewing current studio processes to enable continuous improvement to streamline time and cost efficiencies
- Maintain a clean and tidy studio, and ensure all cycloramas and sets are shoot-ready at all times (i.e. Replace paper roles that are non-usable, re-paint fixed backdrops)
- Cost tracking and budget management/maintenance, including following established processes for invoice payment
- Reporting on daily activities in the studio (eg. what's been planned, what's been achieved and what's outstanding)
- Liaising with stakeholders, such as warehouse staff, to oversee the full product enrichment life cycle
- Ordering and maintaining studio supplies and equipment
- Providing assistance and support with digital content photo-shoots for the website or social channels
- Supporting the Content team with product enrichment
- Post-production editing and file management (eg. naming/renaming files as per conventions)

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated experience in similar role or customer service or admin support role
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Encourages creativity and innovation to improve ways of working, processes, and systems
- Ability to Liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all level
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Docs
