Transform your career as a Regulatory Affairs Strategist at Australian Retirement Trust. We're seeking an experienced professional to join our Transformation Management Office and drive the success of our Customer Servicing Integration (CSI) program.

About the Role

This 12-month term opportunity will see you lead the holistic planning and management of the regulatory and Queensland Government engagement strategy for the CSI program. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with various stakeholders, including Program Leadership, Risk Division, Member Resolutions, Business Owners, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, and more.

  • Develop and implement effective regulatory strategies to mitigate risks and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the Program team to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with enterprise mechanisms.
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory change requirements and potential impacts to the program.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Strategist with:

  • Strong experience in liaising and communicating with external regulatory relationships.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, changing environment.
  • Program or project delivery experience or a solid understanding of these.
