Job Title: Experiences ManagerWe're passionate about creating unforgettable memories for our guests. Our dynamic and growing portfolio of resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands offers endless opportunities for growth and innovation.In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and sales appointments for our resorts and via livestream. Your enthusiasm and passion for meeting new people will shine through as you build rapport with customers and provide a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

  • No prior experience required.

  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
