Deliver Exceptional Experiences as a Vacation Host

We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vacation Host. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring their vacation is nothing short of perfect.

About the Role

  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, delivering tailored experiences that exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to ensure seamless transitions and high levels of service throughout the guest journey.
  • Articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, generating sales appointments for our sales centers and driving revenue growth.
  • Meet targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the business, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

  • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, with a commitment to maintaining impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience in property management systems (PMS) an advantage.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, thinking on your feet to deliver creative solutions.
