About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Grace Worldwide as a Removals Assistant. This entry-level role involves supporting our experienced crew and learning the specialist skills of our trade. The role is varied, with no two days being the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and Unpacking: Carefully packing and unpacking customer effects to ensure safe transportation.
- Loading and Unloading: Loading and unloading vehicles with customer effects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Completing paperwork and using a tablet to record transactions.
- Customer Communication: Regularly communicating with customers during uplift and delivery to ensure their needs are met.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Helping to maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment, and warehouse facilities.
