The Miller Leith Group has formed a strategic partnership with a renowned luxury retail powerhouse. As part of their ongoing growth strategy, they are seeking a seasoned PR & Communications Manager to join their team.

**Compensation Package**:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, including a competitive benefits package and attractive staff discounts.

**Job Description**:

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with the brand's global and local market goals.

Main duties include:

  • Creating and implementing an annual PR plan that addresses key market trends and competitor activity.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers to maximize coverage.
  • Collaborating with the Manager to plan and execute seasonal press days.
  • Ensuring alignment with brand messaging by managing internal and external communications.
  • Coordinating with PR agencies for events and other activities.
  • Overseeing the daily press requests and sample loans for editorial coverage.
  • Managing the organisation of press samples and maintaining an efficient press room.

**Requirements:**

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in PR and Communications, within the retail industry is highly regarded.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on driving tangible outcomes and results.
