Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team. This role involves assessment and lending decisions within the Small Business and Consumer segments. We are looking for an individual who can consistently deliver excellent customer service satisfaction results to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to make approval decisions, and possess effective communication skills. A background in financial legislation and credit decision experience would be beneficial.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong lending experience
  • Understanding of financial legislation regarding CCCFA
  • Consumer and Small Business (SME) credit decision experience
  • Effective analytical skills
  • Ability to make an approval decision, including assessment of business financials

A keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
