Senior Risk Manager

The Anzac SPO Risk Manager plays a critical role in managing and leading the Governance Group to coordinate and ensure alignment of group services and integrate best practice and processes.
About the Role- Developing an approach to support continued delivery of a safe and seaworthy ANZAC Class, in consultation with Anzac Systems Program Office (Anzac SPO) Senior Management Team (SMT), other key stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts.
- Cordinating and delivering risk management through strategic and operational support, aligning and integrating risk management across SPO operations.
This challenging role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as experience in risk management systems and working knowledge of AS/NZS ISO 31000 Risk Management standard.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with significant previous leadership experience directly managing a team and indirectly managing a functional matrix team.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Coordinating risk management activities across the organization.
- Providing updates on the status of risks and opportunities identified.
