Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced business development lead to join our team in Melbourne. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of premium commercial and agribusiness clients.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by acquiring and fostering new customers. You will work closely with senior referral partners to implement and integrate exemplary business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of premium commercial and agribusiness clients
  • Implement and integrate business development strategies
  • Network effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor the rest of the team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar Banking Account Management or Senior Relationship Management role
  • Experience in commercial lending and complex financial structuring
  • Ability to build rapport and meet growth targets
  • Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of Regional Banking customers
  • A degree in business, finance or related discipline
