Facilities Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, performing hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensuring the building remains functional and safe for all.

The Facilities Manager will play a key role in managing the asset lifecycle, including preparing for the transition to a new 11-story building next year. This is a dynamic environment that requires strong leadership skills, experience with facilities management, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

The ideal candidate will have technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They must also be physically able to perform manual work and oversee maintenance tasks.

This is a standalone role that offers a stable and supportive team environment, with complete oversight of a purposely built 11-story building. The successful candidate will have opportunities to grow and develop their skills, while contributing to the success of our organization.
