Director of Health and Wellbeing

As a key leader in health and wellbeing, you will drive a proactive and high-performance culture that directly impacts the well-being of employees across Asia Pacific. Your expertise will ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and a genuine commitment to employee health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Health and Wellness Excellence: Drive a culture of health and wellbeing across the region, representing Health, Safety, Wellness, Risk, and Continuous Improvement at executive forums.
  • Strategic Framework Development: Design and implement a comprehensive wellbeing framework, covering physical, mental, emotional, social, and workplace wellbeing.
  • Governance and Compliance: Develop WHS and risk governance frameworks, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance operational performance and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Cross-Cultural Leadership: Foster an inclusive and culturally aware health and wellbeing culture, respecting the diverse backgrounds of employees across Asia Pacific.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior health, wellbeing, or risk leadership role within a multi-jurisdictional or global environment.
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management frameworks, and psychosocial safety obligations across Australia and Asia.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing large-scale wellbeing programs with measurable impact.
