**Caregiver Position Overview**
A leading provider of aged care services in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Carer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualised care delivery to residents, encompassing physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing support.
The position involves assisting with resident's care needs in line with their care plan, supporting and advocating the rights of older people, and maintaining effective communication in the workplace.
Key qualifications include:
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Effective communication skills and the ability to develop understanding relationships with residents
- Previous experience administering medications
- Valid Police Clearance and NDIS Screen Check
