We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multi Skilled Carer to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver individualized care to residents, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with their care plans.

In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive working environment and support the rights of older people.

You will be required to assist residents with personal hygiene, showering and toileting, as well as activities of daily living, dressing and grooming.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working 60 hours per fortnight, with shifts from 7:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday across various residential facilities in the Northern Suburbs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and supporting the independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
