Business Analytics Manager

The role of a Business Analytics Manager is to drive business growth by leveraging data insights and analytics.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategic plans to address them. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying key drivers, and developing recommendations to improve business outcomes.

You will also be expected to manage and maintain large datasets, create data visualizations, and develop reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

A successful Business Analytics Manager will have strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools and techniques, and excellent communication skills.

This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a commercially focused role or finance support capacity, preferably in healthcare. Experience in data management, business analysis and reporting, project management, and data science is highly desirable.

The Business Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading business partnering with Sales and Marketing teams, driving actionable insights using Sales and Activity data.

You will challenge the business and provide recommendations to key business issues; address specific business issues involving CRM and sales operations.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business partnering with Sales and Marketing teams, driving actionable insights using Sales and Activity data
  • Challenge the business and provide recommendations to key business issues; address specific business issues involving CRM and sales operations
  • Identify CRM usage problems and craft technical/communication plans to remedy
  • Analyze and develop appropriate territory structures based on business needs, working with Business Unit Analysts
  • Provide analytical support to the Business Unit using internal and external data sources, developing dashboards or reports as required
  • Identify emerging trends in data management, AI, and machine learning and apply these capabilities to the business
  • Master database management support for sales dashboard solutions and performance tracking
  • Present business unit review presentations that are informative, concise, commercially focused, and relevant to key business issues being addressed
  • Evaluate compliance level to corporate agreements and contracts
  • Incorporate machine learning and robotic process automation
  • Design motivating Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including calculations of targets and SIP payments for the Facial Aesthetics Business Unit on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Gather and analyze relevant competitor data (where applicable), company and product-related
  • Prioritize tasks and projects to deliver quality solutions to high-priority business issues
  • Ensure all business activities comply with relevant legal requirements and ethical standards
