Accounts Payable Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to manage the full function accounts payable process, including invoice matching and batching, vendor maintenance, and payment processing.

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic finance team. As an accounts payable professional, you will work directly with the finance director and be responsible for:

  • Managing the full function AP process
  • Matching and batching coding invoices to purchase orders
  • Vendor maintenance and supplier management
  • Processing information to online banking platforms
  • Payment processing and receipting invoices
  • Inputting invoice data to systems
  • Supporting the month-end process by providing documentation for journal entries
  • Creating new accounts and ensuring agreed supplier terms are respected

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in full function AP
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
  • Experience in building strong relationships with suppliers
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A good working knowledge of Excel and large ERP systems (e.g., Xero, SAP)
