Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing approximately 50 vendor invoices per week via NetSuite across four AP inboxes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process vendor invoices via NetSuite
  • Verify banking details for new vendors
  • Set up weekly payment runs in NAB, including batch and singular vendor payments
  • Perform credit card reconciliations, including receipt matching and coding
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries
  • Process Improvement Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive work instructions for all AP processes
  • Clean up NetSuite vendor master data, identify and merge duplicate vendor records
  • Correct spelling errors
  • Add missing bank details and remittance email addresses
  • Support implementation of a new AP approval workflow system and provide user training

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a small-sized team environment
  • Strong process improvement experience
  • Ability to document work instructions
  • Experience dealing with non-finance stakeholders
