Therapist Role

This is a permanent part-time or full-time opportunity for a therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with adults presenting with anxiety and depressive disorders, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental and behavioural concerns, and trauma-based conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, or adults with neurodivergent conditions.
  • Manage a caseload of your choice.
  • Conduct 6 billable hours of therapy per day.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and admin staff to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary discussions to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • You have general registration with AHPRA.
  • You have at least two years of post-registration experience.
  • Registered status.
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $115,000 - $150,000 plus Super (Experience dependent).
