About the RoleBaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist 3 or 4 days per week to join our growing team in the Campbelltown/Liverpool and surrounding area. You will deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.
Role location and structure: Campbelltown/Liverpool and surrounding area; 3 or 4 days per week; maximum efficiency and impact through collaborative care delivery.

About You- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients in the community
- Post-graduate experience in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
- Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy

- Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
- Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
