Occupational Therapist - Home Care at BaptistCare. Are you a motivated Occupational Therapist looking to make a real difference in your community? About the Role

BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist 3 or 4 days per week to join our growing team in the Campbelltown/Liverpool and surrounding area. You will deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

Role location and structure: Campbelltown/Liverpool and surrounding area; 3 or 4 days per week; maximum efficiency and impact through collaborative care delivery.

Guided by our Well-Living approach, we focus on empowering clients to live their best possible lives at home, surrounded by the people, community and memories they love most.

About You
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Post-graduate experience in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
