Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and finalizing court documents, correspondence, agreements, and legal advice to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Representing clients with confidence in negotiation, mediation, and court settings, fostering strong relationships and achieving successful outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Utilizing LEAP to manage matter files, trust accounting, court deadlines, review dates, and document execution, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Maintaining current knowledge of legal changes and compliance requirements, staying ahead of industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Undergraduate Degree of Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5+ years' post-admission experience in law, with a proven track record of success.
- A current practising certificate and ideally knowledge of family law legislation and procedures.
- Confidence managing complex client matters independently, from initial consultation through to finalization, delivering exceptional results and client satisfaction.
