As a Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing client matters across the full spectrum of family law. Reporting to the Legal Team Manager, you will represent clients with professionalism and integrity, providing accurate legal advice while supporting the bigger picture.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires confidence in managing your own matters from initial consult through to finalisation. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating court documents, correspondence, and legal advice, as well as representing clients in negotiation, mediation, and court settings.

You will work collaboratively with our legal, admin, and client services teams to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes. Your strong billable hour focus, excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills are essential to achieving performance targets.

We are seeking a strategic yet grounded individual who can think long-term and execute day-to-day tasks effectively. You must be empathetic and human-centred, understanding that divorce is more than just a legal process. Collaborative and commercially aware, you will balance legal outcomes with client wellbeing and business performance.

A Bachelor's Undergraduate Degree of Law (LLB) or equivalent is required, along with at least 5+ years' post-admission experience in law. A current practising certificate and knowledge of family law legislation and procedures are also essential.
