Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing system changes and small projects to support business applications.

  • System Change Management: This includes identifying and implementing process improvements, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Incident and Request Management: You will provide timely and effective incident response, as well as manage requests for new features and enhancements.
  • Consultation Services: You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, transition application changes and develop strategic solutions.
  • Documentation Development: You will create and maintain user and system documentation to ensure efficient application use.
  • Application Management: You will provide day-to-day support, IT change management, reporting and consultancy services to ensure smooth application operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business applications by managing system changes and small projects.
  • Provide incident and request management services.
  • Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and transition application changes.
  • Develop and maintain user and system documentation.
  • Provide consultancy services, day-to-day support, IT change management, reporting and application management.
