Business Applications Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Applications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing system changes and small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business applications by managing system changes and small projects.
  • Provide incident and request management services.
  • Consult with stakeholders, gather requirements, test, and transition application changes.
  • Develop and maintain user and system documentation.
  • Provide consultancy services, day-to-day support, IT change management, reporting, and application management.
