About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to play a key role in the delivery of critical energy projects. We are looking for Senior and Mid-level Program Planners who will drive the effective planning, schedule management, and reporting of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create project plans ensuring schedules are well-developed and optimized.
  • Provide exceptional guidance and act as a subject matter expert in project and program planning.
  • Proactively discuss and communicate project timelines and milestones with stakeholders.
  • Drive schedule and risk reviews, delay analysis, and Earned Value Assessment.
  • Closely work with Portfolio Controls and project team members to enable forecasting, performance, and variance reviews.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications at a degree level in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of project planning, scheduling, progress reporting, earned value, and risk in a capital-intensive industry.
  • Strong experience in utilizing Primavera P6 and MS Project to manage integrated master schedules and building/maintaining detailed plans.
  • Experience in/exposure to construction phase of projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level interpersonal, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with and experience in project management and project controls standards.
  • Strong command of Excel and other Office tools.
