Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid to Senior Level Tech Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our IT division, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit top talent in the technology sector, including contract specialists, project managers, and software engineers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize your expertise to identify and fill critical IT roles, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible candidates for their needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, driving business growth and success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology sector, including contract specialists, project managers, and software engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.

  • Contract specialist experience.
