Senior Program Lead Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive strategic, operational, and technical improvement initiatives within our organization.

About the Opportunity

  • You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects, including the Reporting & Evaluation Project and Data Platform Modernisation.
  • Plan and coordinate project delivery.
  • Organise project meetings and maintain project timelines.
  • Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps and track team velocity.
  • Manage vendors and partners to ensure alignment and delivery to project outcomes.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers.

Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager with:

  • Experience in complex product environments.
  • Operational Improvements, Executive Level presentations, and influencing decision making.
  • Proven experience in effective project management for specialist staff and operational teams.
  • Able to write professional documents with contemporary practice and design flair.
  • Agile SCRUM knowledge and interfacing with software development teams.
  • Broad health industry and government sector knowledge.
