We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic initiatives across the organisation. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) on strategic planning, priorities and organisational development.">
  • Lead and oversee key projects to drive team and business objectives.">
  • Provide leadership support for the CIO's office, including talent management as required.">
  • Serve as a liaison between the CIO and internal teams, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.">
  • Streamline the CIO's time and workload by managing meeting agendas, briefings and priorities.">

Essential Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Tertiary degree in business, economics or a related field (desired).">
  • A minimum of six years' experience in a professional services environment.">
  • Proven track record in organisational and stakeholder management, with expertise in delivering strategic initiatives.">
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Strong project management and people management skills.">
