Centre Director – Giggle and Learn Early Childcare and Education, Lugarno

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education leader ready to take the next step in your career? Giggle and Learn Early Childcare and Education Lugarno is seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead our established team in our purpose-built, 40-place centre.

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a high standard of education and care, and leading a passionate team of educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and clear direction aligned with the centre's vision and goals

Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and the National Quality Framework

Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of early childhood professionals

Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports holistic child development

Build strong partnerships with families and engage with the local community

Manage the centre's budget and resources to ensure long-term financial sustainability

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role in early childhood education

ACECQA recognised Diploma or Bachelor's degree in early Childhood Education

A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and Education and Care National law.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and support your team

Skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and time management

A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
