  • We implement evidence-based behavioural support services using a comprehensive approach.
  • Our Behaviour Support Plans are developed in consultation with participants, families, carers, and stakeholders.
  • Individualised strategies are designed responsive to participants' needs and aligned with their goals.
  • We ensure carers and families can implement positive behaviour strategies or use restrictive practices.
  • Compliance with NDIS regulations and our policies and procedures is verified.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

  • Hold a degree-level qualification in Psychology, ABA, Speech Pathology, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Have experience in functional behaviour assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans for individuals with complex support needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
  • Hold current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
  • Display professional report writing skills to develop an evidenced-based Positive Behaviour Support Plan.
  • Form positive relationships with individuals, families, carers, staff, and others.
  • Possess your own ABN and Insurances (Public Liability and Professional Indemnity).
