We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth for our Toowoomba office.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building trust and long-lasting relationships within the community.

This role requires someone who can maintain and enhance our brand through referral channels, marketing, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Research and identify new referral providers according to our established goals and annual networking plan
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and group presentations to educate and inform referral providers about our services and how they benefit seniors and their families
- Maintain accurate records of all contact details, notes on every interaction and all networking activities.
- Develop an annual networking plan to drive business development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

- Experience in aged care is highly desirable, but not essential. We welcome candidates from sales, networking, or business development backgrounds with outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships
