About the Role

We are seeking a Coordinator to work across the service system to enhance relationships and networks with early years and health services.

  • Create stronger referral pathways with child health and education services for families with children 0-5 years old.
  • Collaborate with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse organisations to address barriers at a systemic level, ensuring engagement with families is conducted within the appropriate cultural context.
  • Attend regular stakeholder, network meetings and workshops to promote services.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in a community development, social work, or human services related field, as well as experience working within a community development sector with knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.

You will need:

  • Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • The legal ability to work in Australia.
