As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Development: Develop and curate engaging content for social media, media releases, annual reports, websites, and other publications to effectively communicate services and values.
- Visual Identity Management: Collaborate with teams to create visual packaging for education and information programs that reflect organisational brand and values.
- Internal and External Communication Enhancement: Enhance internal and external communications systems, aligning them with risk management protocols to ensure seamless communication.
- Legislative Awareness and Compliance: Stay informed about relevant legislative changes to adapt resources and materials in a timely manner.
- Community Engagement and Partnerships: Identify, create, and manage initiatives to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and funding opportunities aligned with organisational goals and values.
Regular travel to Ipswich and occasional visits to remote office locations are expected. This position is classified at SCHADS Level 5+, depending on qualifications and experience.
