This role is focused on delivering deep insights into audiences, their content preferences and platform needs. The goal is to support business objectives by providing actionable research that informs strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing clear and impactful research findings to inform business strategy and drive growth
  • Working across the organisation to deliver a range of audience research initiatives, including post-campaign evaluations and digital product satisfaction studies
  • Driving customer-centricity by understanding audience motivations, behaviours and their impact on brands and products
  • Collaborating with the research team on multilingual research activities and staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in market research, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality research reports
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex research findings to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines
