Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Adult Psychiatrist to join our team in Cairns, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in adult mental health services. They will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education and training to junior medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must be registered as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia and hold a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or equivalent. A strong track record of experience in direct patient care, leadership, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.
