Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and assume overall clinical responsibility for the Sexual Health Service Stream.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve clinical practices, ensuring they align with best practice and meet regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance service delivery and quality outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in sexual health services.
- Proven experience in clinical leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of contemporary standards and regulations in healthcare.
