**The Role**: We are seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee a team of cleaners across various locations. Your strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision will be essential in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support and manage a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are met
  • Meet with clients to review cleaning work and address any concerns
  • Conduct inductions and training for new and existing team members
  • Participate in complex cleaning tasks as needed

**Ideal Candidate**:

  • Able to demonstrate initiative and excellent communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to meet job demands

**Requirements**:

  • National Police Check issued in the last 12 months
  • Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and ability to use cleaning equipment
